2020-2021 Strategic Plan Objectives

Goal: Doctors of chiropractic in Georgia are members of the Georgia Chiropractic Association.
Objectives:
- Improve retention and recruitment to increase net membership by 80.
- Develop and launch a survey to determine the value of GCA to its members.
- The Under 40 group will host four events by the end of 2021.
- Use Sips & Chips Ambassadors as ambassadors at the 2020 Fall Conference.
- Mail nonmembers our COVID-19 information, including signage verbiage by September 2020.

Goal: The Georgia Chiropractic Association is the leader in continuing education and public relations for the chiropractic profession.
Objectives:
- Offer at least eight business building/practice growth/cash practice seminars.
- Create a certification program for CAs.
- Aggressively educate members about the opioid materials available and maintain funding o fthe grant.

Goal: The Georgia Chiropractic Association is the primary governmental and insurance advocate on behalf of Georgia chiropractors and their patients.
Objectives:
- Reintroduce lien law.
- 25% increase in PAC membership.
- Chiropractic Day at the Capitol will have 200 attendees.
- Reinstate the Capitol clinic.

Goal: The Georgia Chiropractic Association uses resources efficiently through careful planning and maximizing the organization, culture and structure to achieve excellence.
Objectives:
- Populate the leadership committee and task it to create a program to identify and cultivate future leaders. Identify three new leaders by the end of 2021.
- Create a formal program for Board and staff in the areas of diversity, inclusion and sexual harassment.
