2019-2020 Strategic Plan Objectives




Goal: All licensed Georgia doctors of chiropractic are members of the Georgia Chiropractic Association.



  • Develop a member recruitment drive.
  • Develop a member retention program.
  • Evaluate benefits.
  • Develop relationships with Southeaster chiropractic colleges to reach out to students.
  • Increase our diversity.




Goal: The Georgia Chiropractic Association is the leader in continuing education and public relations for the chiropractic profession.


  • Offer more business building/practice growth/cash practice seminars.
  • Educate members on opioid materials available to them and how to use them.
  • Create an online knowledge library using YouTube, podcast and webinars.
  • Offer free CE course through ambassador program.
  • Create a booklet for new doctors with important information.
  • Look for more diverse speakers.
  • Research creating a certification program for CAs.


Goal: The Georgia Chiropractic Association is the primary governmental and insurance advocate on behalf of Georgia chiropractors and their patients.



  • Pass co-pay legislation and lien law.
  • 25% increase in PAC membership.
  • Galvanize grassroots with specific assignments.
  • Regular communication amongst PAC and Governmental Relations Committee throughout the year.
  • Chiropractic Day at the Capitol will have 200 attendees.
  • Make the governor, lt. governor and insurance commissioner chiropractic patients.
  • More PAC fundraisers.




Goal: The Georgia Chiropractic Association uses resources efficiently through careful planning and maximizing the organization, culture and structure to achieve excellence.


  • Refine and define the election process in the bylaws and policies.
  • Cultivate future leaders.
  • Conduct committee chair training yearly.
  • Budget for every other year training from association leadership experts.
